ADDREZZ Property Group was born to do
things differently. ADDREZZ Property Group was
co-founded by
husband-and-wife duo Thushari and Moditha Sumanasekera
in 2018 out of the sheer frustration of having to
deal with
real estate agents who offered nothing but broken
promises, a lack of empathy, half-truths, and a
general lack of
effort on their part in managing the couples own
investment property portfolio. They soon realised that
the real
estate industry was more like a sleazy used-car-dealer
industry and less like an opportunity to help
people make one
of the biggest decisions of their lives.
We are thinking… we’re a bit obsessed with people and homes. In a nice way. Obviously. We’re the folks who help people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives, buying or selling their homes, that is. We’re the best in what we do because we give every real estate project the same attention and care as if it’s our own property. To do less isn’t the ADDREZZ Property Group way.
